STRENGTH

Improvement of the technique

Strength is not just about carrying kilos. It's about position, tension, control and actual transfer.
That is why we work on large-scale surveys with a technical and conscious approach.

Squat, deadlift, bench press, pull-ups and weighted dips are trained with intention, not inertia. We adjust levers, patterns and details that really make a difference.

The objective is clear: increase maximum strength and relative strength, without punishing joints or building vices.
Less ego. More sustainable performance.

Calimnastics

Combination of Calisthenics and Gymnastics

The elements are not forced. They are built.
Muscle-ups, front lever, back lever, planche or L-sit are trained from the right base.

No skipping steps or “dirty” repetitions are pursued here.
We work on solid progressions on bar and rings, with a focus on lines, voltage and actual control.

The result is a body that responds, not just looks.
Transferable to sports such as CrossFit, calisthenics competitions or just to move better.

Handstands

Balance, control and absolute precision

Vertical is not a matter of courage, it is a matter of body structure and perception.
Here we train handstand as a discipline, not as a filler.

Alignment, thrusts, scapular control and fine balance.
Every detail matters, because without a base there is no handbalance.

This work develops more than just an aesthetic skill:
It gives you control, calm under load and body awareness which is transferred to everything else.

Conditioning

Crosstraining + Functional + Gymnastics

Our conditioning is not CrossFit or generic functional training.
It is intelligent conditioning, designed for technical training bodies.

We mix endurance, power and metabolic work without destroying the mechanics or the nervous system.
Here we don't train to the limit for show, but with intention.

The objective is clear: sustained performance, The ability to work and tolerance of real effort.
Do not end up on the ground. Finish more capable.

Mobility

Flexibility + Strength: APPLY STRENGTH IN RANGES YOU DIDN'T CONTROL

This is not stretching for the sake of stretching or “relaxing”.
Real mobility is strength in broad and deep ranges.

We work on demanding, controlled and transferable positions.
We are not looking for empty spaciousness, but for comfort and stability where before there was tension or blockage.

The result: fewer constraints, more freedom of movement and a body that responds even in extreme positions.

Presence and Progress

This is our number one principle. If it doesn't fit you, you don't belong here.

Here, progressions are not discussed and technique is not negotiated. We don't train to show off, compete for ego or lift more than we have control over. We train to build real capacity, and that demands respect for the process. If someone comes to prove something rather than learn, they are not going to last here. Not because of punishment, but because that approach blocks progress.

Each student receives a notebook and pen. It is not an aesthetic detail: it is a working tool. It records sensations, loads, adjustments and learning during the session. Progress is not improvised or left to memory. It is observed, noted and understood.

During class, the mobile phone remains silent.. We do not train with distractions. We train with presence. The aim is to disconnect from the external noise and return to connecting with the body, The movement and the intention. When you are in the session, you are in the session. That is also part of the training.

Your process also registered

The IndoGravity app accompanies your training, it does not replace it.

Progress is not based on loose sensations or vague memories. That's why at IndoGravity we combine work in the gym with an app designed to give continuity to the process. There you can record your progress, set goals, follow monthly challenges and have a clear view of how you are progressing over time.

The app also allows you to manage your day-to-day life: book classes, check your subscriptions or vouchers and keep all your training organised in one place. No friction, no chaos and no reliance on loose messages or impromptu reminders.

In addition, you can participate in shared challenges with other students. Not to compete for ego, but to reinforcing perseverance, commitment and community. The focus remains the same: train with intention, sustain the process and move forward with judgement.

No. What you need is attitude. We work with clear and adapted progressions, so you can start even if you come from generic training or have been standing still for a long time. Of course: here you learn step by step and the process is respected.

We are not a conventional gym. IndoGravity is a technical training centre where we work on strength, body control and real capacity with criteria. There are no generic routines or unintentional training.

You can train specific disciplines according to your programme, but we always understand the body as a system. Strength, calisthenics, conditioning and mobility complement each other. We don't train meaningless isolated capacities.

Progressing fast is not always progressing well. Progressions are authorised by the coach when there is control, not when there is a rush. This protects your body and ensures real progress in the medium and long term.

No. Here you train to improve, not to demonstrate. Ego, cockiness or wanting to stand out above the process do not fit with the way we work. If someone is not willing to change that mentality, this is not the place for them.

Because training requires presence. The notebook is used to record what is important without distractions. The mobile phone remains silent so that you can connect with your body, the movement and the session. The app is used outside of class, not during.
